• All commissions must be paid upfront in full. If you cannot fully pay (example: if it is a commission that exceeds $200) then I accept 50% of payment first and the remaining 50% would be after I send prove of the final work. I won't start on the commission otherwise.
• I will start after I have received payment and all the required information.
• Taxes will be applied to commissions that do not exceed $100 USD.
• Prices are subject to change depending on design complexity.2. Work Process
• You will receive a screenshot of each work process (initial sketch, lines, color, final touches). If you agree to proceed (sign off) to the next step (for example from lines to color) - no changes can be made to the previous step (in this example: lines), otherwise, a revision fee will be applied at my discretion depending on the complexity of which element wishes to be changed.
• If you want alterations after seeing the preview please state so before I continue.
• On request, you will get a watermarked, low-resolution preview during the work process.
• The time for the commission to be completed can range from 1-2 weeks, in rare cases 1-2 months depending of personal complications or the complexity of the commission. You will be informed in a timely manner if this is the case. Depending on the complexity of the request and my work schedule.
• The commissioner will be informed of any delays that may occur.
• After the work has been completed you will receive a 300 dpi file.3. Supplying References general guidelines
• I will only accept your commission if adequate VISUAL references are supplied. Adding a short paragraph that summarizes their character is perfectly acceptable.
• The more information I receive the easier and quicker I will be able to complete your commission (pose, clothes, background, etc.).4. Copyright/Reposting
• I own the rights to all my works which allows me to use and repost them in any way I want unless a private feed is paid.
• In case a private fee is paid then I will promise not to post the commission on any social network or use it commercially, but the work will be used in my portfolios as a sample of my work.
• I will not own the rights to any of your characters you may request me to draw.
• Commercial use of my works that have not paid the commercial rights feed is prohibited. (do not make any money of it whatsoever).
• The commissioner is allowed to use, print for personal use, and repost the commissioned work. Credit to the artist is a must.
• The commissioner is NOT allowed to claim the work as their own efforts.
• Do not edit my work.
• Reselling my artwork is not allowed.
• I do NOT allow the use of my art as reference for AI generator or be selled on NFT's sites or anything of this sort. Commercial rights do not include this possibility either.5. Commercial Commissions
• Vtuber/PNG Models commissions includes commercial usage rights on their basic prices( streaming, cover art, advertisements, etc. )
• For Commercial Rights fees on normal commissions please ask me first.6. Refunds/Canceling
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please keep this in mind when ordering. I cannot afford to waste my time on a commission only to have it canceled when it's 60% done. You will be charged for this.
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission and refund the money completely after the payment has been received.
By commissioning me you are agreeing to all the aforementioned terms.7. Queue and Rush Orders
• If a queue exists at the time you request a commission then you will be informed or you can see it here: $ https://trello.com/b/h1a6AVef/lucina-commss-queue$
• If you want your commission to skip the queue then a rush fee of the +30% commission price will be required.
• If a commission requires a long time of work (examples: vtuber models, character design, etc) but the client wants it to be finished early, then a rush fee will be required. In this case then the fees are:
Less than 1 month: +70% of commission price.Less than 3 weeks: +100% commission price.
